Locked transactions #
You can lock booked transactions.
- This makes the transactions unchangeable. Meaning that you cannot edit or delete them yourself once they have been locked.
- Transactions that have been locked are marked with a green check mark in the transaction journal.
Correct falsely locked transactions #
The German principles of proper accounting (GoBD) state that accounting must be clear and comprehensible. If a transaction has already been locked, it is considered confirmed and may no longer be changed.
If an error has occured, you take the right measure by making a reversal entry.
