Persons can also be imported from ChurchTools. Persons on the ChurchTools Website are not the same as persons in your church&#8217;s ChurchTools. What you enter and publish for a person on the ChurchTools Website can be found by anyone in the internet. Therefore, publish only the necessary data to contact a person and <strong>only with that person&#8217;s permission<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create or edit a person<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can create a new person by clicking on <em>Create person<\/em>\/<em>Personen erstellen<\/em> (1) under the menu item <em>Personen<\/em> in the admin area of your website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can edit a person who has already been created by clicking on the name directly (2) or via the <em>&#8220;&#8230;&#8221; menu<\/em> (3). &#8211; menu* (3) and selecting <strong>Bearbeiten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also use this menu to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>duplicate<\/strong> a person -&gt; <em>Duplizieren<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>unpublish<\/strong> a person on the website -&gt; <em>Ver\u00f6ffentlichung aufheben<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>delete<\/strong> a person -&gt; <em>L\u00f6schen<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"288\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-29.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16782\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-29.png 940w, https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-29-300x92.png 300w, https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-29-768x235.png 768w, https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-29-360x110.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enter data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you enter the data of the person (1), upload a picture (2) and have the option of assigning keywords (3) to the person, e.g. youth for the youth pastor.
