Anyone can book from anywhere.<br><strong>Anyone:<\/strong> Both the experienced accountant and the area manager who wants to make transactions for his area, such as the book table, the caf\u00e9 or the youth treasury.<br><strong>Everywhere<\/strong>: You can log on to ChurchTools securely from anywhere and get started as usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Finance module must be booked additionally with each package. It can be tested free of charge for 30 days; the period starts when you save your first transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">In order for you to see the module, it must first be activated by an administrator in the system settings and you must be assigned the global permission to <code>see finances (view)<\/code>.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>For a good start with ChurchTools Finance, we recommend our help pages on the module&#8217;s Master data to understand how to create clients, accounting years and charts of accounts.<br>Then it&#8217;s best to get an overview of the transactions area, e.g. to enter the opening balances of your accounts and make or import your first bookings.<br>It can also be helpful to take a look at the purposes and donations sections to familiarise yourself with all of the module&#8217;s functions.
