1. Open calendar module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2. Add new date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can either click on the + icon<\/strong><\/em> (a) or directly on the day<\/strong><\/em> (b) in the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Fill in information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Select the calendar in which you’d like to add the date and fill in all other information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Book resource<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the Resources<\/strong><\/em> (1) tab, choose for how long before and after your appointment the resource should be blocked<\/strong><\/em> (2) , select the resource<\/strong><\/em> (3) you want to book and save<\/strong><\/em> (4) your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can book multiple resources after each other and get a nice overview of all the resources you’ve booked with your appointment and the status of the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
