If you would like to contribute and add further translations, please let us know via <a href=\"https:\/\/contact.church.tools\">https:\/\/contact.church.tools<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Each ChurchTools installation contains its own maintenance for the translations. This can be accessed via the person menu. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions &amp; Answers<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"background-color: #f2f4f6;\">How does the translation get into my ChurchTools system?  <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image-3.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"268\" height=\"340\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17749\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image-3.png 268w, https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image-3-236x300.png 236w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 268px) 100vw, 268px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<p>Every time you update your ChurchTools installation, the system automatically checks for new translations and imports them into the system. No existing translations are changed or overwritten.   <br\/>You can also import new translations manually by clicking on the button at the top right and then clicking on &#8220;Edit translations&#8221;. There you will find the &#8220;Import new translations&#8221; function.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Can I customize words in my system, e.g. location in Campus?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Yes, you can do this by clicking on &#8220;Edit translations&#8221; in the top right-hand corner, where you can search for existing translations, e.g. location. I can now click on the word &#8220;Location&#8221; and change the translation for the languages. <br\/>These changes will not be overwritten during an update. So please adjust them carefully. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Can I also make words in selection lists, e.g. group types, multilingual?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Yes, simply enter a word in the master data, such as &#8220;small.group&#8221;. This word can now be inserted in the Edit translations screen.
