Before you create your first event, you should first go to the master data at the top right and select Service categories and services<\/a> <\/strong>in the top right-hand corner.<\/p>\n\n\n- The duty categories<\/strong> are displayed in columns in the duty roster (e.g. music). These duty categories<\/a> are created in the master data at the top right. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The services<\/strong> are specific tasks within this service group (e.g. the various instruments). Individual services<\/a> can also be stored in the master data. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
Create event<\/strong><\/h3>\n\nNow the Create an event<\/a><\/strong> (top left on “Create new event”). There are two options here: <\/p>\n\n\n- The event is created in the calendar module<\/strong>.
As soon as an appointment is created in the calendar and an event template<\/em> is also activated<\/em>, the calendar entry also appears under the events.\n\n- Advantage: You can immediately select resources here – which room is required, which technical equipment, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Disadvantage: The employee requirements can only be selected here using a template. If you have created a solid template, this is not a problem. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- You create the event directly in the Events module<\/strong>. <\/em>
The event is then also transferred to the calendar.\n\n- Advantage: You can enter an exact requirement of employees for this event, not just use a default. You can enter several event admins<\/strong> to keep an eye on the event. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Disadvantage: No resources can be booked for the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
When you create the event, you naturally enter the standard information: Time, location, duration, repetition, etc. <\/p>\n\n
