The ChurchTools finance module offers an accounting solution for small and medium-sized churches. Anyone can book transactions from anywhere. Anyone<\/strong>: Both the experienced bookkeeper and the area manager who wants to make bookings for their area, such as the book table or the caf\u00e9.Anywhere<\/strong>: Anyone can log in to ChurchTools securely from anywhere as usual and get started.<\/p>\n\n

If you navigate to the finance module, you will first see an overview of the last income<\/em>, expenses<\/em>, donations<\/em> and the highest donations of the last 31 days<\/em> (1). The budgets<\/em> (2) of all cost centers are also displayed. Use these tiles to quickly switch to the transactions<\/em> (6) or budgets<\/em> (7). <\/p>\n\n

Above the overview on the left-hand side you can quickly enter new transactions<\/a><\/em> (3), change the client and accounting year<\/em> and close an accounting year<\/a><\/em> (5).<\/p>\n\n

Via the 2nd menu level above, you can also switch to the transactions<\/em> (6) and budgets<\/a><\/em> (7), but you can also view the bank statements<\/a><\/em> (8). <\/p>\n\n

Under Reports<\/em> (9) you will find, for example, the balance sheet and profit and loss report. <\/p>\n\n

Under Donors<\/em> (10) you can see an overview of all donors and create donation receipts<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

On the right-hand side of this level, open up the master data<\/a><\/em> (11) of the finance module, where you can create new clients<\/a>, accounting years<\/a> and charts of accounts<\/a>, among other things.<\/p>\n\n
