# How to get a free ChurchTools for my church profile?

Would you like to publish a profile for your church in the Finder, but don't want to work with ChurchTools beyond that?
We offer you a ChurchTools system with a free combo license.

If you want to work more with ChurchTools at a later date, you can book the right plan for you in your system at any time for a fee. All data will be retained and you can simply continue working.

## 1. Apply for a free ChurchTools system

First get a **[free ChurchTools system](https://ccp.church.tools/register?cta=finder)**you can create your Finder profile with. Fill in all the required fields.

You will then receive an e-mail with the **access data** for your ChurchTools system. Remember to change your password the first time you log in.

**Note**

If you like, register for the **test phase of your ChurchTools website** in the same step. With ChurchTools Website, you can easily present your church in your own individual way using ready-made layouts. You can use the editor to display people, groups and dates on the website with just a few clicks and update them directly from ChurchTools.

## 2. Create profile, verify system and have it published

As soon as you have logged in, you can get started. [Create your profile](https://staging.churchtools.academy/en/help/website-and-finder/public-relations/how-do-i-create-and-edit-our-public-profile/) and show people who you are and how you live your community.

Once you have completed your profile, click on the [Verify and publish](https://staging.churchtools.academy/en/help/website-and-finder/public-relations/how-do-i-verify-our-profile-for-a-test-system-or-free-system/) button to have your system checked and your community profile published in the Finder.
