# What is the Info Screen?

With the Info Screen feature, you can create a visual overview of upcoming appointments. To do this, select appointments from specific calendars for a period of up to 14 days to quickly and easily create an attractive Info Screen that updates automatically.

You can open and view the information screen on any device via a web link in your browser.

The information screen can be customised. This opens up a range of possible uses, such as a schedule of events for conference attendees to view on their smartphones, or a general overview of upcoming events in the congregation to be displayed in the foyer.

**Tip**

You can configure multiple info screens, each with a different URL. Changes to the settings do not update the existing info screen, but instead create a new URL with the current settings. This allows you to use different info screens with different information at the same time.

When displaying an information screen, it’s best to use your browser in full-screen mode so that the address bar is hidden, making the display look neater and more professional.

**Important**

Check what permissions the current user has and never use a user with admin permissions.

If you see the ‘*ChurchTools User*’ field under ‘*Login*’ in the settings, you are logged in as a user with admin privileges. D**O NOT use the info screen URL displayed here**. It may contain information that could be used to gain unauthorised access to your ChurchTools.
