# Required Permissions and License Adjustments

To import your data from Optigem into ChurchTools, you need the following permissions in **ChurchTools**:

- All global permissions for the People, Finance, and Sync modules.
- Global permission to edit system settings in order to customize the license.

**Tip**

Before importing your data, choose a plan that matches the future volume of your data. We'll explain how to adjust your plan [here](https://staging.churchtools.academy/de/help/system-einstellungen/lizenz/35-wie-buche-ich-eine-lizenz/).

You'll also need **a**Windows user account with admin privileges on your **Optigem computer**.
