# How to export a chart of accounts?

## 1. Access accounts in the master data

In *the Finances module*, open the *Master Data* (1) and go to *Accounts* (2).

## 2. Export the chart of accounts

There, click the three dots (3) next to the heading to open the context menu for the accounts. From there, select " *Export Chart of Accounts as CSV* " (4). You'll find the downloaded CSV file in your Downloads folder.
