# How to export attendances and meetings?

## 1. Call up group

In the *Groups* module, search for your group and call it up.

## 2. Open meeting

In the menu on the left, select *Meetings* (2).

## 3. export attendances of all members

Use the *three-dot menu* (3) to export the attendance of all group members for all meetings either as a *CSV* or as *Excel*.

## 4. export meeting summaries

If you filter all previously created meetings via the buttons above the attendance list or via the gear wheel symbol on the right above the list, you have the option of exporting the data you have selected as *CSV* or *Excel* via the *three-dot menu* (4).

You also have the option of filtering by individual group members and then exporting their attendance.
