# How to configure settings for my group meetings?

For each of your groups, you can save individual settings for your group meetings.

## 1. call up group

In the module ***Groups***, find your group and call it up.

## 2. open settings for meetings

In the menu on the left-hand side, select ***Settings*** (1) ***Meetings*** (2).

## 3. regular meetings

Here you can enter the *day of the week* and the *starting time* at which your group meets regularly.

Optionally, you can automatically *create weekly group meetings* seven days in advance.

**Note**

You can also do this manually in your Group's menu of the same name or in the Check-in module.

## 4. feedback

You can record information about each group meeting to keep an eye on how your group is developing. The number of guests and a comment are always requested.

Here you can add individual templates for your ***group*** (1), which you can use to record other important things for your group meetings.

You can edit the templates for your group meetings by clicking on the ***pencil*** (2) and then clicking on the ***gear symbol*** (3).

## 5. Check-in code

If you want to quickly and easily record the attendance of group members who come to a meeting, you can *activate* the *check-in code* function for your Group. This will send an email with the check-in code before a meeting. Below this, you can also specify which role a group member must have in order to receive a code.
