# Embedding a Calendar: CSS Classes

The calendar view includes various CSS classes that you can use to customize the embedded calendar view for your own website.

| **CSS class** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| `event-calendar` | Calendar Name |
| `event-title` | Event Title |
| `event-subtitle` | Event subtitle |
| `event-date` | Date of the appointment |
| `event-description` | Event Description |
| event-service-text | Roles from the Events module |
| `event-link` | Link to the event |
| `event-author` | Creator and Changes to the Appointment |
| `event-address` | Location of the appointment |
| `event-image` | Image for the event |
| `event-requests` | Meeting Requests for the Date |
| `event-resources` | Resources booked for the Appointment |
| `event-modules` | Buttons at the bottom that link to the other modules: Resources, Events, and registration |
| `body.embedded #page {background-color: transparent !important;}` | Make the calendar's background transparent |
