# How to save an Event Template for a specific calendar

## 1. Open Calendar module

## 2. Open calendar settings

Select the ***calendar*** (1) for which you want to save an event template and open the ***settings*** (3) of the selected calendar via the ***three dots*** (2).

## 3. Select event template

Select the desired ***event template*** (1) for the calendar and ***save*** (2) it.

**Note**

From now on, for each new appointment in this calendar, an associated event will be created according to the template. A blue banner reminds you when creating a new appointment (1).
If you want to create an appoitment without event or with another template in this calendar, you can deactivate the event template in the tab ***Events*** (2) or select ***another template*** (3).
