# Where to find what?

Navigate to the Sync module. There you will see the items *External systems*, *Executions* and *Logs* in the second menu level.

## Externals systems

Here you get an overview of the external systems*already created* (1) and *connect new external systems* (2) to your ChurchTools.

For each connected system, you define *person/transaction* and *property pairs* (3) and *add orders* (4) with which you can synchronize the data of the two systems.

## Executions

All *planned* (1) and already *completed* (2) executions of orders are clearly displayed here. If you would like to know more about a specific execution, a click on this execution will take you directly to the corresponding *log*.

Use the *filter* (3) to easily narrow down the display and keep an overview at all times.

## Logs

You can find details of *all the versions* under *Logs.* Did everything work out? What exactly was done? You can find the answers here.

We have also built in a *filter* for the log so that you can easily keep track of everything.
