# How to create an appointment with an event?

## 1. Create new appointment

Navigate to the calendar module and either click on a *day of the week* (A) for which you want to create the new appointment or on the green *+ symbol* (B). ## 2. Fill in appointment information

Enter all the required information for your new appointment and select the calendar in which the appointment should be created. ## 3. Select event template

Switch to the tab ***Events*** (1) and select the desired ***event template*** (2).

Your event is saved by clicking on ***Save*** (3) directly as an appointment in the ***Events*** module.
