Voraussetzung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit iCal funktioniert muss der Administrator deiner Installation dem \u00d6ffentlichen Benutzer das Recht &#8222;Kalender sehen&#8220; einr\u00e4umen. Funktioniert der iCal-Link bei dir nicht, melde dich bitte bei deinem Administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. iCal-Link\/Datei anzeigen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ffne das <em><strong>Drei-Punkt-Men\u00fc<\/strong><\/em> (1) des Kalenders, welchen du synchronisieren m\u00f6chtest, und w\u00e4hle <em><strong>Abonnieren<\/strong><\/em> (2) aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"540\" height=\"445\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-13.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-13.png 540w, https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-13-300x247.png 300w, https:\/\/staging.churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-13-360x297.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. iCal-Link\/Datei abrufen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lade die <em><strong>iCal-Datei<\/strong><\/em> (2) herunter oder kopiere den <em><strong>iCal-Link<\/strong><\/em> (3) um diesen im Kalenderprogramm deiner Wahl einzuf\u00fcgen. Mit Klick auf <em><strong>Kalender abonnieren<\/strong><\/em> (1) wird der webcal-Link automatisch in der Standardanwendung f\u00fcr Kalender auf deinem Ger\u00e4t eingef\u00fcgt. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Hinweis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Wenn du die <em><strong>iCal-Datei<\/strong><\/em> (2) des Kalenders herunterl\u00e4dst und diese in deiner Kalenderanwendung einbindest, wird lediglich der aktuelle Stand des heruntergeladenen Kalenders eingebunden, aber keine neuen Termine synchronisiert. Die Termine werden nur dann aktualisiert, wenn du den Kalender <em><strong>abonnierst<\/strong><\/em> (1) oder <em><strong>manuell einf\u00fcgst<\/strong><\/em> (3).<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<figure 365<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um ChurchTools Kalender in Microsoft 365 zu abonnieren, gehe folgenderma\u00dfen vor: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a) MS365 Kalender aufrufen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Melde dich im Browser bei Microsoft 365 an und navigiere zu <em><strong>Kalender<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a dadurch generierten webcal-Link verwenden (siehe Screenshot unter<em><strong>4. iCal-Link\/Datei abrufen<\/strong><\/em> (1); der direkt im Auswahlfenster abrufbare iCal-Link (3) funktioniert in
